The breakfasts are free of charge and rich in the hotel, with cheese and yogurts, for example. The staff are extremely helpful, they keep the place perfectly clean. It has decent location not far from Zermatt and the BW Alpine Resort, Amsterdam Paris Lucerne and private taxi due to leaving at 6 am.

All in all everything was superb, had an extra special stay with suggestions and excursions to make stay better. The room was fully-equipped with expansive views of the surrounding mountains and the staff was very friendly! A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were an advantage. The breakfast was complimentary, the check in was smooth. Enjoyed decent and easy location, just off the train station, a gallery for the kids, and Gornergrat and the Matterhorn glacier paradise. Furthermore, close to the supermarket.

minute walk from the train station, the location was perfect and easy. the rooms were panoramic and decent size, had a tub and a separate shower. it met expectation.
